I am a 60 year old woman and a yoga instructor. I go to JC Strength to ward off age related sarcopenia and to get fit generally. JC Strength has a club atmosphere: everyone is made to feel welcome and at home. The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable. I choose to bypass several of the franchise gyms to attend JC Strength. As well, my 19 year old daughter and 15 year old son pursue their fitness goals at JC Strength.
