Teen Training Membership

  • Whether your Teen is into sport or into just being a Teen, full-body Strength and Conditioning sessions will have them in shape in no time.
  • Teaching them the correct exercises and techniques appropriate to their age and development.
  • Every Teen has their own program, written specifically to encompass their Goals by our Fully Qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
  • Embracing the Stronger and Fitter Ethos of our Facility, they are overseen at all times while they learn how to progress their training to achieve their personal goals.
  • Sessions are Wednesday 3:45pm to 4:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am to 9:15am.
  • Program is run by the School Term with additional sessions over the Christmas Break.
  • Direct Debit Option is available.
  • Base Membership Option is available for 14 years and above.

  • Initial Set Up Cost for Evaluation, Goal Setting and Programming Session for every Teen.

Active Membership

  • Strength and Conditioning at its best!
  • Small Group Circuit Training.
  • ¬†Incorporating Free weights, Cardio, Machine Weights, led by qualified Strength Coaches, you train at your own level.
  • From beginners to Advanced, this Membership option gives access to Small Group Fitness with a maximum of 6 participants in each session.
  • The Active Membership also gives full access to our Training Facility from 5am – 8pm, 7 days per week.
  • Choose to take your training to the next level – learn techniques – gain strength!
